    Backpack Program
The Backpack program is a service offered to the families at Jackson Local Schools. This free program is being offered to students in preschool through high school. In an effort to make sure students have nutritious food during weekends and school breaks, the Backpack Program through RiverTree Jackson is offering to send child-friendly food home on the last school day of each week. The goal of the program is to send home a variety of ready-to-eat or easy-to-prepare, non-perishable foods with your student for the weekend. When there is a long weekend or holiday break, plans are made to pack extra food. If you have any questions about the program, please contact Chad Salle at 330-904-6694 or Stan Frankart at 419-566-1893 or email at 330backpackprogram@gmail.com. Applications are also available through Debbie Haskin, Family Support Specialist, at 330-834-4679.
