    What is C.A.R.E. Team

Jackson’s CARE Team is part of Stark County’s CARE Team Initiative, designed as a collaboration of partners dedicated to helping families overcome challenges and improve student success. The Team is comprised of teachers, administrators, guidance counselors, and staff from multiple community agencies including law enforcement, mental health, and other social service agencies located throughout the county. Working together with parents, CARE Team seeks to support students and families in overcoming barriers to learning by connecting family, school, and community to improve school and family success.
