7th grade

  • 7th grade assessments is FITNESS GRAM. 7th graders will also be given a grade for dressing and participating in P.E. class.   

    In FITNESS GRAM students will be test twice a year (fall and spring) in the areas of 
    Cardiovascular endurance (pacer, miles run)
    Muscular strength and endurance (push ups, curl ups)
    Flexibility (sit and reach and trunk extensions)
