This is my 23rd year teaching as an Intervention Specialist in Jackson. I taught grades 5-8 at JMMS for two years prior to coming to Strausser. At Strausser, I have taught and supported students in grades K-5.I graduated from Muskingum College (now Muskingum University) with degrees in Elementary Education 1-8 and Special Education (K-12). I received my Masters degree in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Akron.
Some facts about Mrs. Collier:*Married with 3 children ages 12, 14, and 17 (two boys and a girl)*Have 2 dogs - Nala (shar-pei mix) and Simba (boxer mix)*Grew up on a dairy/beef farm -- showed cows, sheep, and steers for 10 years at the Stark County Fair*Hobbies - playing games, going places with my family, spending time outdoors*Crazy fact - I do not like chocolate.*Favorite Food - Italian, Steakhouses, Seafood*Favorite stores - Walmart, Target*Favorite place to go - the beach and our place in West Virginia
