Welcome back to another exciting school year at Strausser Elementary School. As a fifth grader, your students are now the leaders of our building. As such, they are are entitled to certain benefits, and they are to held to higher expectations befitting of their status. It is my goal to make this one of the best years of your student's life in terms of academic and social growth. Yes, I also believe in having fun while we learn as long as all expectations are met. 

 

If you would like to discuss any matter during the course of the year, please call me here at school, or email me using the contact information on this site's homepage. Your student is expected to be responsible for fillling out a daily planner AND bringing it home every day. As a back-up, a Weekly Planner is published in POLARIS and will be emailed to parents every Friday for the forthcoming week. 

 

School lunch menus can be found on the main Jackson District website. Please remember to keep enough funds in your student's accounts. If you visit the school with lunches, you may not bring food for any students other than yours.
