Mrs. Michelle Krieg graduated from the University of Mount Union with a Bachelor of Arts degree in middle childhood education. She earned her Masters in educational administration from Ashland University.

Mrs. Krieg began her teaching career in 2005 at Sauder Elementary. In 2012, she began serving as an Instructional Coach, providing professional development support and strategies to teachers throughout the building and district.  In 2014, she was Dean of Students at Strausser Elementary. Mrs. Krieg currently serves as the building principal at Amherst Elementary.

Mrs. Krieg is a member of OAESA (Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators). She regularly continues her education by attending professional development and annual administrative conferences.  

Mrs. Krieg lives in Jackson Township with her husband Ryan and their two children.
