Welcome to Lake Cable Elementary and your child’s third grade classroom!  I am so excited to work with you and your child during the 2019/2020 school year.  

     This will be an important year that requires students to become responsible for their learning.  This means having all necessary materials, making PAX choices, being organized, being a good listener, and demonstrating GRIT.  

     In my classroom, I believe in my students and hold each of them to high expectations.   I believe that making mistakes are proof that students are trying. I believe in The Power of YET!   I believe in having a positive growth mindset, which entails a sincere effort on the part of the students.  With the support and guidance from home and school, the results are great! 

     I believe that every student is entitled to a safe, positive, learning environment.  This means every student does their very best to make PAX choices, demonstrate PAX behavior, and follow school rules and policies.  I believe everyday is a new day. I believe in all of you!

     Once again, welcome to third grade! We are working to make this a wonderful year for you and your child.
